Motor Industry Applications

In order to allow electric power to be more widely and effectively controlled and used, electric motors (motors) are inseparable from the electrical appliances used in our lives or industrial automation equipment. Engineers designed diverse and flexible motors for different purposes. Behind the rotation of all kinds of motors is precisely because there are several magnets hidden inside, and the magnets and the energized coils are matched with each other to promote the rotation of the motors.

According to the classification of the power source used by the motor, the common motors include DC motors, AC motors, pulse motors, and so on. Among them, permanent magnets or electromagnets, brushes, commutators and other components are used. A motor usually requires several magnets, which are arranged alternately with N poles and S poles in sequence, and the coils formed by winding wires are placed in the magnetic field. The magnetic effect of the current produced by intermittently changing the direction of the current supply allows the rotor in the motor to continue to rotate and convert electrical energy into kinetic energy.

Electric motors are used for many purposes, ranging from heavy industries to small consumer goods, such as car motors, elevators (elevators), conveyor belts, electric fans, washing machines, electric razors, etc. Now with the rapid development of the automation industry and Progress, in order to improve the performance of the motor, the magnet has become a key part that cannot be ignored in the motor.
